The Town of Nelson Offices are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9 am – 1pm and 2pm – 4 pm. The office is closed from 1 pm to 2pm The office is closed Tuesdays.

To reach the Town Clerk/Tax Collector choose option 1 | Supervisor/Deputy Clerk/Planning and Zoning Clerk option 2 | Bookkeeper option 3 | Code Enforcement Officer option 5 | Justice Court option 6. To reach the Nelson Highway Department please call 315-662-7942. To reach the Assessor please contact the Town of Cazenovia office at 315-655-9213 Tuesdays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. and Wednesdays between 1p.m. and 4 p.m. or the Town of Eaton office at 315-684-9052 Wednesdays between 9 a.m. and noon and Thursdays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. or 607-749-3473 for assistance.

These boards typically meet each month. The Town appoints board members for five years and alternates for one year. If you are a resident of the Town of Nelson and like to serve on our planning or Zoning boards please contact Town supervisor Town Supervisor Jim Cunningham
