Amend the Freshwater Wetlands Act-it should not include navigable waters! Encourage bipartisan cooperation to pass A10653 and S9799

We urge Town of Nelson residents who care about our lakes to contact any Democratic Assembly person or Senator.
Most of our Republican State representatives support amending the Freshwater Wetlands Act to exempt navigable waters.
We need support from lawmakers on the Democrat/independent side to get this amendment through.
